"Am I missing something with the play space?"
Am I missing something here? I was a little disappointed with the play space. The tables felt really cramped, and the room didn’t seem very clean when we were there.

"Actually had the stuff in stock"
I ordered a few board game things after other sites said they had them, and then just cancelled on me, which was annoying. Atomic Empire seemed to have the stock numbers actually right, because everything shipped just like it showed on the site. It was nice to not be doing the whole guessing thing of, like, is it really there or not

"My order sat as “processing” in…"
My order sat as “processing” in my account for a few days, and then after I emailed them it suddenly changed. The tracking link didn’t really update properly either, so I was kind of left guessing where the package was. The items did show up fine in the end, so I guess it all worked out, but the account page and order status definitely made it more stressful than it needed to be. Not awful, just annoying.

"Mostly Friendly, Just a Little Hard to Break In"
In my experience, most of the people there are nice and willing to help when you need it. That said, I did sometimes feel like the atmosphere was a bit closed off if you’re new. Maybe it’s just my perspective, but it took a little while to feel fully comfortable there

"Easy to Deal With Every Time"
I’ve ordered from Atomic Empire a handful of times now, the thing I always notice is how helpful the staff is when I have a question. I don’t pay attention to every little detail as long as the order goes smoothly, but quick replies and friendly answers definitely stand out to me. No weird attitude or runaround, just nice people making it easy. I’m happy with them.

I was surprised to find games here that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else. The selection was better than I expected, and I’m glad I checked it out. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for something a little harder to find.

"Shockingly, Everything Went Smoothly"
I ordered some miniatures, paints, and a couple hobby tools from Atomic Empire, and somehow the universe allowed it to go perfectly fine. Everything was packed well, nothing was missing, and the prices were actually reasonable. Shipping was faster than I expected too, which was rude because now I have no excuse not to start painting. The site was easy to use, and yeah, I’ll probably order from them again.

My order had an issue and, to be fair, they did get it fixed in the end. But compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the whole back-and-forth felt a lot slower than it should’ve been. I had to follow up a few times, which got annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the resolution process definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Good stuff, but it felt a little dirty"
I thought the place had some good stuff overall, but I couldn’t get past how the floors and tables felt kind of dirty. Maybe I’m being picky, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting and it made the experience feel a bit off.

"Loyalty Program Just Isn’t Much of a Perk"
I’ve ordered from Atomic Empire a few times, the actual shopping experience has been fine. No big issues there. But the loyalty program? It just doesn’t feel like much of a reward, not much at all. The points build up really, really slowly, and when I finally looked to see what I could use them for, it was only a tiny discount. I’ll still order if the price is good, sure, but the loyalty program definitely isn’t something that makes me want to keep coming back

I ordered from Atomic Empire and everything showed up just fine, so no real complaints there. The stuff was packed decently and nothing was missing. The only thing was that it took a few days before it actually shipped, which was kinda annoying. Not a huge deal, but definitely not super fast either. I’d probably order from them again, just not if I needed something in a hurry

"Confusing refund process"
I waited weeks for my refund, which was frustrating enough, but the mixed signals made it even worse. One moment it seemed like things were moving along, then I’d hear nothing or get unclear updates. Not a great experience overall.
